The following are descriptions of produce items that you may see on your online shopping list:

  • Fresh Packaged Vegetables (1-000000): Salad mix and any other pre-packaged fruits or vegetables from retail pick up or Gordon Food Service
  • Sweet Potatoes (1-000001): 80 lb limit
  • Fresh Potatoes (1-000002): White and red, 100 lb limit
  • Carrots & Onions (1-000003)
  • Fresh Corn (1-000004): Corn in the husk
  • Fresh Lettuce (1-000005): Ice Berg, Romaine, Bok Choy
  • Fresh Field Grown Vegetables (1-000006): Tomatoes, celery, greens, squash, radishes, green beans, turnips, etc.
  • Fresh Tree Fruits (1-000007): Apples, oranges, bananas, cherries, pears, peaches, plums, lemons, limes, etc.

Free Family Community Clinic Info for Your Clientele

Family Community Clinic is a non-profit primary healthcare clinic offering free services to the uninsured. These services include, but are not limited to, respiratory illnesses, sinus infections, seasonal allergies, bladder infections, gastrointestinal problems (diarrhea, gastritis, constipation, etc.), skin conditions (acne, shingles, eczema, rashes, bites), ear and eye infections, sports & school physicals, among many others. Pediatric services also include well-child check ups, routine lab screenings, and vision & hearing tests. Spanish interpreting services are also provided for those with limited English. Periodic services include free dental screenings and mammogram/pap smear screenings.

The Clinic serves on a first come, first serve basis. They are open Saturday mornings 8 am-12 pm at 1406 E. Washington St.
