Bringing great food to your neighborhood!
Dare to Care is committed to the health and safety of our community. As such, we are suspending operations of the Zero Hunger Mobile Market until Monday, April 6. At this point, the Mobile Market cannot be operated in compliance with the social distancing and disinfecting protocols recommended by the Center for Disease Control and state and local public health officials.
Dare to Care is continuing to work with our nonprofit partners, Louisville Metro, and JCPS, to maintain an accessible food assistance system for our community. To get the latest news and see where you can get food assistance, please visit www.daretocare.org/covid-19.
The Zero Hunger Mobile Market is a single-aisle grocery store on wheels. The Mobile Market visits neighborhoods that have limited or no access to fresh fruits, vegetables, and other nutritious foods.
Everyone is welcome at the Zero Hunger Mobile Market! Customers can board the vehicle to shop for fresh produce and staple food items, and pay by debit card, credit card, or EBT. No cash is accepted or stored within the Mobile Market.
The Zero Hunger Mobile Market makes 2-3 stops daily. In addition to our regularly-scheduled stops each week, the Mobile Market makes 2-3 community awareness visits each month. These stops showcase the Mobile Market and increase awareness and engagement around the issue of food insecurity.

Thank you to The Kroger Company and Louisville Forward for making the Zero Hunger Mobile Market possible!
